A Knowledge Test will be given for each area of the business that can be mastered. To move through the ranks you must pass all of the required tests. These tests will be short answers, multiple choice, and true/false.

A skills assessment will be conducted by your superiors to determine how well you put knowledge into action. This Skills Assessment will be administered and graded by a leader. Passing scores are dependent on the position.

This Evaluation will be done by a Director to determine if you align with the current Cultural Values of our business. These values have been determined by the Leadership Team and Operator. Memorizing the Cultural Values and implementing them in your work will be the best way to pass this Evaluation. Supervisors have one Cultural Values Evaluation.

Depending on what position and level you are in, different levels of leadership will administer the test.
Lead Trainers, Supervisors and Directors will administer the Team Member Knowledge tests, Skills assessments and Cultural Values Evaluations.
Lead Trainers, Shift Supervisors and Directors will administer Trainer and Team Leader Knowledge Tests, Skills Assessments and Cultural Values Evaluations.
Directors will administer the Shift Supervisor Skills Assessment and Cultural Values Evaluation.

You can take or retake a test every month. If you don’t pass the first time, make sure to understand how you can improve and work on getting better before your next test.

Review the list of Rank Up Requirements and Pay in the section above these Frequently Asked Questions to see the different pay rates for each level. Generally, the pay rate increases by $0.50 for each level.

Pay raises associated with moving to the next Rank Up level will go into affect in the first pay period of the month.
